Italian canolis

As promised, here is my mother’s canoli recipe that I made for our Italian date night last weekend.

1 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

2 tbls of mini chocolate chips

1/2 tsp cinnamon (or vanilla extract)

dash of nutmeg

canoli shells

Mix and chill before filling the  canoli shells. (Be sure you don’t refrigerate the shells).
